Alma finds endless inspiration from the ocean and its textures. The mighty palm trees, powdery sands, turquoise water and the blazing heat of the sun were the best memories of Alma’s childhood days. Her vibrant memories are now being captured into a colourful canvas. Alma can practically hear the waves breaking and the scent of the sea filtering into each colourful canvas. Alma’s paintings undergo so much layering of mark-making and being immersed in a moment of inner connection which involves not a lot of planning but comes from the natural flow of creativity.
