Juli Fejer
Juli Fejer paints landscapes which invite you into a world that is familiar without being representational. Her art is derived from her personal journey from isolated invalid to gallery artist. She takes inspiration from trees and wild spaces she encounters in her day-to-day life, from London parks to Suffolk meadows. She is preoccupied with the psychological benefits of walking in woodlands. Juli uses landscape to explore emotions. Decay and regeneration are recurring themes. Her current work explores the effects of grief on her perceptions of familiar places following the death of her brother in 2024.
