Venezuelan-born, London-based artist Su Noujaim, lives in the United Kingdom since 1993.
Through her artistic work, Su Noujaim explores how our innermost feelings intertwine with the larger social and cultural currents we navigate.
She seeks to capture the nuanced, ever-shifting relationship between the private self and the public sphere.
In doing so, she uses different medias: acrylic hand painting on recycled cardboard, paint on ceramic, conceptual knitting, photography and digital illustration.
